摘要: Abstract Diazinon (DZN) is an organophosphorus insecticide widely used in agriculture. It has a variety of harmful effects on humans. Asparagus and chamomile have antioxidant properties are as antidotes DZN this study. Thirty-five adult male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into: control group; group: subdivided into two subgroups which received ¼ LD50 ½ dose for 30 days; asparagus extract respectively treated with (300 mg/kg b. wt.) after 15 min administration; receiving wt.). The results herein showed that the enzyme changes associated exposure to dependant cerebrum, cerebellum spinal cord tissues. tumorigenicity was represented by significant increase arginase alpha- l -fucosidase sera all groups. In addition, molecular investigated Cu/Zn-dependent superoxide dismutase, glutathione-S-transferase glutathione peroxidase enzymes altered administration rats. Present findings suggest oral aqueous extracts or able restore total capacity, demonstrated dismutase activity, content their relative Due activities, potential candidates anti-neurotoxic agents.
