摘要: ABSTRACTThe effects of diazinon, pentoxifylline, and their combination therapy on plasma glucose, the key enzymes glycogenolysis gluconeogenesis, oxidative stress were studied in rat liver muscle. Oxidative was determined by measuring concentration lipid peroxides assessing total antioxidant capacity. Diazinon (60 mg/kg) pentoxifylline (100 administrated gavage. Administration diazinon increased blood hepatic glycogen phosphorylase (GP), phosphoenol pyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK) 160.65%, 117.2%, 93.5%, respectively, while it decreased cholinesterase (ChE) 53.82%. Diazinon-induced demonstrated capacity enhanced peroxidation 52.61% 280% 40.02% 46.6% muscle, respectively. Pentoxifylline GP, PEPCK 98.65%, 60%, 79.86%, did not change ChE, muscle ...
