摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive impact polymorphisms in HIF-1α gene on response chemoradiotherapy (CRT) rectal cancer. This included two cohorts patients with locally advanced cancer receiving long-course CRT. C1772T (rs11549465), G1790A (rs11549467) and c*191T>C (rs2057482) were investigated test cohort (n=65), analysed validation (n=198). No correlations identified between clinicopathological factors. demonstrated no correlation tumour CRT cohort. CC genotype marginally associated a higher rate complete (P=0.05) cohort, while poor (P=0.03) In conclusion, these results suggest that have value as predictors neoadjuvant differ emphasise importance biomarker validation.
