摘要: Decision-making on issues of corporate sustainability is an emerging topic in both academia and business practice. Nevertheless, contemporary environmental decisionsupport models show significant shortcomings that call into question the usefulness applicability results such decision-making. To improve quality sustainable decision-making, we apply a design-science approach to develop management information system. This design-artifact developed based technical feasibility requirements are elaborated collaboration with practitioners. We identify domain-specific demands source systems. Appropriate systems their interrelations also described. Overall, practice would benefit from artifact, which tailored for sustainability, as it enables holistic decisionmaking sound data sourcing, warehousing, appropriate decision-support applications. Finally, demonstrate artifact within realworld case study concerning product take-back reprocessing used IT equipment.
