摘要: Objective To investigate the intrinsic innervation of upper urinary tract in congenitally hydronephrotic and normal Goettingen minipigs, using whole-mount preparation technique. Materials methods Whole-mount preparations (two with bilateral ectopic ureters, one left distal ureteric stenosis) (three) porcine tracts were examined by immunohistochemistry tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) neurofilament histochemical staining NADPH-diaphorase acetylcholinesterase. Staining results evaluated bright-field confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results Neurofilament-, TH-immunoreactive acetylcholinesterase-positive nerve fibres neuronal networks identified adventitial, muscle subepithelial layers whole tract. An NADPH-diaphorase-positive network was expressed layer less densely layer. The general distribution similar tracts, but density these former. most striking observation absence or marked reduction stenotic part ureter pig stenosis. Conclusion provide a method for assessing three-dimensional topography different Although macroscopic differences between striking, changes pattern obvious, except stenosis.
