摘要: 23 women taking the oral contraceptives Minovlar and Gynovlar were tested to compare lysolecithin-binding capacity of their plasma before during (third week) 4-7 days after completion a cycle 2-7 into new determine cyclic changes in plasmaphospholipids. Lysolecithin 200 mcg/ml was added each blood sample equilibrated then an equal quantity group-O Rh negative whole added. Controls contained saline place lysolecithin.
