摘要: An investigation of plasma phospholipid levels and ADP or collagen-induced platelet aggregations during the menstrual cycle nontreated women taking oral contraceptives is described. Blood samples were taken from 22 healthy young on Days 4 25 same cycle. Of those studied 7 who not used as controls; experimental subjects 10 Minovlar (a low-progestogen compound) 5 Gynovlar/Anovlar high-progestogen compound). Plasma cholesterol remained in all except contraceptive. In these total lecithin phosphatidylethanolamine moderately increased LPC was decreased; aggregation increased. The results suggest that may contribute toward thrombogenic effects contraceptive therapy.
