摘要: A new voltage-mode Schmitt trigger based on CC- CFA (Current Controlled Current Feedback Amplifier) is presented in this article. The circuit description very simple, its construction consists of one CC-CFA and grounded resistor. output hysteresis can be controlled by electronic method. With mentioned features, it suitable to realize a monolithic chip. PSPICE simulation results are depicted, agree well with the theoretical anticipation. maximum power consumption approximately 4.44mW at ±3V supply voltages. An application square-wave generator depicted validate usability proposed trigger.
