摘要: A current-mode triangular wave generator circuit using two positive second-generation current conveyors (CCII+) is proposed and implemented. The consists of an astable multivibrator to generate a square followed by integrator. analytical formulas for the frequency amplitude are derived, simulated PSPICE, AD844 IC used implementation. Comparison between measured calculated frequencies shows good agreement. Compared either recently reported generators or conventional voltage-mode generators, works over wider range with maximum 410 kHz which achieved tuning grounded capacitor. In addition, features independent control its oscillation from signal elements.
