摘要: State-of-the-art immunosuppressive therapies, though efficient in the treatment of rheumatic inflammatory disorders, most cases do not provide a cure. Complete immunablation and associated deletion reactive immunological memory followed by reconstitution "healthy" immune system from stem cells results therapy-free remission many patients suffering diseases. Chronically activated T helper (Th) lymphocytes seem to play critical role this pathogenic memory. We have shown that transcription factor twist1 is specifically expressed chronically activated, Th cells. Twist1 as biomarker for such enables identification elucidation chronic inflammation opens new therapeutic options targeted manipulation pathogenic, memory, expressing
