摘要: A simple, rapid analytical method for determining traces of Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn and Pb in various types vegetable oils is proposed. Samples are digested a microwave oven then analyzed by atomic absorption spectroscopy with electrothermal atomization. The proposed exhibits good linearity sensitivity to the five metals, which it can determine detection limits over range 0.06-2.15 Ig/kg. Its precision, as relative standard deviation, ranges from 2.6 4.2%. accuracy was assessed using analyze reference material consisting Used Oil HU-1, contains certified metal concentrations, found be quite acceptable. applied determination metals virgin olive, sunflower, maize pomace olive Spain Morocco.
