摘要: Methods are described for the direct determination of Al, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni and Pb by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in sunflower oil olive oils. Metallic contamination after storage under different controlled conditions contact with carbon steel, austenitic ferritic steel aluminum was examined. Additionally, chemical characteristics related to quality (acid value, peroxide K270 oxidative stability) some physical parameters interest were evaluated storage. When samples atomized directly off tube wall, matrix interferences not observed Pb, whereas such noted when Al Fe determined. The results indicated that L'Vov platform determinations eliminates effects. Contamination only detected had been concentration increased from 120±12 3,520±157 ppb. physicochemical affected conditions, regardless metal sheets which they contact. Virgin showed lowered stability a carbon-steel sheet than stored absence metal.
