摘要: The in vitro cultivation of keratinocytes and their application the form confluent sheets to cover various kinds skin defects involves a number problematical steps which could be improved by using single cell suspensions instead. Therefore we developed method apply suspensid as cells fibrin gel. By testing feasibility this different experimental animal models found that it facilitates well cells, moreover, allows much more flexible use i.e. is easier consider clinical condition patient than conventional method.
