摘要: Solvent-cast sheets of polycaprolactone were biaxially stretched to produce 10–15 μm thick films. PCL films found have a tensile strength 55 MPa which is about two and half times stronger than native skin. One our previous studies using non-coated membranes showed that only 36% the membrane surface was covered with keratinocytes after 9 days culture. The present study examined effects coating fibrin on proliferation keratinocytes. Qualitative analysis revealed cells attached proliferated better coated Keratinocytes exhibited healthy cobblestone morphology as continuous monolayers over period 16 days. results indicated would support attachment human potential be applied matrix material for tissue engineering an epidermal equivalent.
