摘要: Objective of the study was to assess breed effect on fatty acid (FA) composition different adipose tissues and mRNA expression genes involved in adipogenesis fat metabolism. Japanese Black (JB) Holstein (HS) steers were kept under equivalent conditions with high energy intake resulting large differences intramuscular (IMF) accumulation longissimus muscle (LM). The relative FA muscle, intermuscular fat, visceral perirenal comparable between JB HS steers. Circulating acids also similar both breeds. Most relevant effects identified IMF, underlining uniqueness this tissue site. had more monounsaturated less saturated FA. Perilipin 1 differentiation-related protein (ADFP) levels higher IMF JB. results suggest advanced maturity cells altered local influencing composition.
