摘要: Gastric cancer remains a major health burden on many societies claiming hundreds of thousands lives every year. The discovery Helicobacter pylori has no doubt revolutionised our understanding this malignancy, which is now regarded as paradigm for infection-induced chronic inflammation-mediated cancer. In paper, we discuss the evidence association between H. and gastric adenocarcinoma MALT lymphoma. We also pathogenesis these two forms factors that determine their outcome. There knowledge accumulated over past decades will be translated into eventual victory killer cancer, largely because appreciate best way to prevent by preventing acquisition infection in first place, or eradicating infected subjects. Defining optimal timing intervention going challenge facing us next decades.
