[Recurrent mature ovarian teratomas: retrospective analysis of 20 cases].

摘要: Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and rule of recurrence mature ovarian teratoma.Methods The data 20 patients with recurrent teratoma treated 1965～2002 was analyzed retrospectively compared 40 without who were randomly selected at ratio 1 patient to 2 underwent surgical treatment in same operation dates as corresponding recurrence.Results overall rate after was(26±7)years old on average onset recurrence,significantly younger than those recurrence[(30±6 yearly old,P0.05).There no significant differences gravidity,parity,and cyst size,manner surgery,and rupture during between groups(all P0.05).The incidence rates bilateral or muhilocular cysts significantly higher recurrence(P0.05 P0.01).The conservative 2.5%.The mean period 8±7 years.Conclusion Younger multiple dermoid should be followed up closely.Laparoscopy is best choice for teratoma.Biopsy contralateral ovary not recommended regularly surgery.
