摘要: Up to a quarter of ovarian masses originate from germ cells. Germ cell tumours occur at higher frequency than epithelial in Oriental and African populations. Mature cystic teratomas (MCTs), or the so-called dermoid cysts because overall predominance skin elements, are not only most common but also benign neoplasms women under 45 years old. This chapter will cover CT MR appearance more teratomas: mature teratomas; immature struma ovarii.
