摘要: Class II major histocompatibility complex (MHCII) is required for the presentation of antigens to CD4 helper T cells. During nephritis, not only primary antigen presenting cells such as histiocytes and lymphocytes, but also cytokine-stimulated tubular epithelial express MHCII. Leptospirosis in fattening pigs characterized by several degrees from absence lesions severe multifocal tubulo-interstitial inflammation. Renal tissue 20 8-month-old with spontaneous nephritis 6 control without renal were investigated leptospirosis indirect immunohistochemistry (IHC) polymerase chain reaction (PCR). IHC MHCII was performed on samples. Serum samples tested different serovars Leptospira interrogans. Control free interstitial negative all tests. In serology positive serovar Pomona 19/20 pigs. 16 these 19 pigs, leptospiral infection confirmed PCR and/or IHC. Nephritic classified histologically into perivascular lymphocytic (4 pigs), lymphofollicular (6 lymphohistiocytic (8 neutrophilic (2 pigs) pattern. expression lymphocytes observed lesions. Prominent regenerating epithelium nephritis. No colocalization between observed. Results suggest that during contributes intensity inflammatory response. Furthermore de novo tubules may play a role defence mechanism against colonization.
