摘要: A doubled haploid population, derived from anther culture of F hybrid between a typical indica cv. and japonica has been used to investigate the seedling cold tolerance (SCT) in growth cabinet. By dynamically analyzing every day's survival percentages parents DH lines under 7-d plus 9-d normal temperature condition, guantitative trait loci (QTLs) for SCT have mapped based on molecular linkage map constructed this population. The results show that two had significant differences segregation was basically continuous distribution with most serious injury 6th d treatment. total 4 QTLs identified chromosomes 1, 2, 3 respectively. additive effects qSCT-1, qSCT-2 qSCT-3 contributed by ev JX17, but qSCT-4 cv ZYQ8. mechanism seems complicated since above detected at different stages during Further study genotypes these shows transgressive segregation. It is demonstrated stronger over JXI7 3-4 SCT. Integration into an appropriate variety may lead successful rice breeding program tolerance.
