摘要: Abstract The current study discusses the impression of local people towards tourist photographing in three heritage villages Iran. A qualitative face-to-face interviews were undertaken 65 respondents through snow-ball sampling technique. Unlike previous photography literature where photos taken by tourists analyzed (photographers' perspectives), authors brought up residents photography. results showed that locals had disgust feeling when they have been photographed without permission. They, moreover, afraid photo misuse and called for application ethical codes photographing. Locals not happy their commodification, although some advocated earning revenue findings also cleared out felt proud appeared tourist-local shared photos. enhances knowledge understanding specifically a part world which has relatively neglected.
