摘要: Matured osteoblasts were proved to be located in the bone formation accelerated by induced large surface charges on electrically polarized hydroxyapatite (HA) ceramics regardless of charge polarities, whereas spatial cell distribution patterns different. Polarized HA ceramic plates with an average electric 3.9 µCcm−2 implanted widely spaced defects canine femora for 3 and 7 days. The identified immunochemical detections osteocalcin osteopontin. Expressions osteopontin detected throughout gaps between cut cortical surfaces, especially vicinities surfaces osteoids polarity charges. Additionally, newly formed tissue that directly bonded negatively charged was lined osteoblast layer. As soon as days after implantation, presence well-developed suggested electrostatic force had conditioned field biointerface zone surfaces.
