摘要: The name of glycophorin was given by Marchesi et al. (1972) to the major sialoglycophorin human erythrocyte membranes, known earlier as glycoprotein carrying blood group M and N determinants receptors for agglutinins influenza viruses (Baranowski al., 1959; Romanowska Klenk & Uhlenbruck, 1960; Kathan 1961; Springer 1966). Fractionation membranes sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) visualization sialoglycoproteins with periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) reagent give a complex pattern bands which may differ in details, depending on electro- phoretic conditions. It has been now accepted that there are at least four distinct membranes. Furthmayr (1975) designated three them A, B C, order their decreasing amount membrane. Anstee (1979) denoted α, β, γ δ, molecular weight. Dahr (1978c) used other designations. more numerous seen SDS-PAGE correspond monomers homo- heterodimers (and higher oligomers) formed most abundant glycophorins A (Fig. 1).
