摘要: Objective: To investigate the effects of intraperitoneal hydrogen (H2) injection on mRNA expression levels inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and endothelial (eNOS) as well serum malondialdehyde (MDA) level in a rabbit model limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)-induced skeletal muscle injury. Methods: establish hind I/R animal model, 30 rabbits were randomly assigned to one three groups: Sham, IRH. An H2 was given IRH group, while an equivalent amount air Sham groups. At 3, 6, 12 24 h post reperfusion, MDA level, iNOS eNOS levels, determined Results: Both higher group than (P < 0.01) lower 0.01 or P 0.05) at various time points after reperfusion. The exhibited no significant difference between groups following reperfusion but significantly 0.05). Conclusions: During process, up-regulated along with increase MDA. Intraperitoneal could down-regulate up-regulate suggesting protective effect I/R-induced
