摘要: To expose rat retinal Muller cells to 530 nm monochromatic light and investigate the influence of varying illumination times on basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) transforming factor-β1 (TGF-β1) expression.Three groups cultured in vitro under a were divided into 6, 12 24h experimental groups, while incubated dark conditions served as control group. The bFGF TGF-β1 mRNA expression, protein levels fluorescence intensity analyzed. The expression significantly upregulated all three compared with group (P<0.05), that was downregulated (P<0.05). Also, positively correlated, but negatively correlated time. largest changes for both cytokines seen highest group, significant differences observed among (P<0.05).The expressions changed time-dependent manner exposed 250 lx intensity. might play role development myopia by increasing or decreasing expression. Changes cytokine may affect light-induced myopia.
