摘要: Abstract We previously demonstrated that TSH activates phospholipase D (PLD) in Fischer rat thyroid line (FRTL)-5 cells. To date, two types of mammalian phosphatidylcholine-specific PLD cDNAs, designated as PLD-1 and PLD-2, have been cloned. The present study determined the isoform composition FRTL-5 cells which is regulated by TSH. activated small molecular weight G-proteins, such ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) RhoA family members, while PLD-2 relatively independent stimuli. established presence Western blot analysis compared activity cytosol, membranes combined fractions absence GTPγS. membrane fraction showed very little GTPγS, but this increased ≈5-fold (P
