摘要: The initial products of the electrochemical polymerization methylene blue were studied using a thin-layer flow cell coupled on-line with electrospray mass spectrometry. A potentiostatic technique was applied to initiate while soluble n-mers generated monitored by Methylene dimers and trimers observed at m/z values consistent either “nitrogen-to-ring” coupling monomers or “ring-to-ring” demethylated during electropolymerization. Experiments accomplished in D2O-based solutions prove that is dominant process.
