This is observational case report. Clinical examinations were performed using simultaneous confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy optical coherence tomography (OCT). The was treated by pars plana vitrectomy (PPV). left eye had macular detachment presumed acquired pit nerve, while right did not have obvious pit. Enhanced depth imaging OCT showed defects in both eyes. PPV on eye, which resulted re-attachment macula improvement visual acuity. Our suggest that pathological changes most likely due to type maculopathy can be successfully PPV.
