摘要: We describe a case of maculopathy consisting macular retinoschisis and serous detachment occurring in patient with an acquired enlarged optic disc cup, similar to the observed congenital nerve abnormalities, mainly pits colobomas, without vitreomacular traction nor angiographic leak. Pars plana vitrectomy argon laser endophotocoagulation gas tamponade was found be useful. Traction from membranes covering deep cups may create small retinal dehiscences, as described which will enable liquefied vitreous pass, leading or associated neurosensory detachment. Vitrectomy, photocoagulation, useful therapy for this entity.
