摘要: Tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) zymogens and variants are prepared, including a fibrinolytically active variant of t-PA that has an amino acid alteration at site within the protease domain as compared with corresponding wild-type t-PA, which renders zymogenic in presence plasmin-degraded fibrinogen, and/or fibrin (or plasma clot) specific, to t-PA. DNA sequences can be prepared encode variants, well expression vectors incorporating sequences, host cells transformed vectors. The may used pharmaceutical preparation treat vascular disease or condition prevent deposition adhesion formation reformation mammals.
