摘要: Abstract Objectives More than two decades have passed since the first living donor liver transplantation was performed in Japan 1989. There are many reports about problems adherence to taking medication and medical follow-ups children who received transplants, because there is no transition strategy for those parents or guardians. The objective of this study measure effect nature outdoor activity improve children's adherence. Methods We recruited participants from 9-year-old attending outpatient transplant clinic a stable condition (no event such as rejection surgical procedure within 6 months). took snow camp measured its by using IKIRU CHIKARA (IKR) tool, which contain 28 items divided into 3 categories: psychosocial ability, moral fitness, physical ability. Children were tested on three occasions, before, just after, 1 month after camp. Results Eight patients participated 7 eligible study. average age 12.6 with range 10 17 years. girls 4 boys. IKR scores 127.9, 131.5, 126.6, respectively. Conclusion An can be safely conducted, it an acceptable option incorporate pediatric program. significant changes during short observation. Longer observation needed activities.
