摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency sonication in releasing protein from a widespread lipase-producing yeast, Yarrowia lipolytica KKP 379, and examine impact ultrasound waves generated horn-type sonicator on lipolytic activity Y. hydrolysis p-nitrophenyl laurate. In paper, we focused few parameters cell disruption, such as time sonication, acoustic power, storage frozen yeast biomass used solvent suspend cells which were considered most important part process obtaining biocatalyst for organic synthesis. effective additive release proved be 2% Tween 80; other ideal ultrasonic power at 150 W 15 min 9 weeks time. parameters, best release, did not seem high due denaturation an effect cavitation.
