摘要: : An indirect LE factor technique, including a simple method for separation of leucocytes, is described. In the test standardized amount serum reacts with constant damaged nuclei serving as antigen, and fagocytosis secured by addition freshly-prepared leucocytes. It possible to titrate sera. The titration sera gives regular succession different phenomena associated cell. This gradual change in morphology has been Granulocyte- lymphocyte-specific factors are demonstrated.
