摘要: Summary. Adrenaline, nicotinic acid (NA), vasopressin (LVP) and other drugs affecting vascular motility are known to increase plasminogen activator (PA) factor-VIII plasma levels in man. To evaluate the hypothesis that NA, LVP adrenaline release PA from endothelial cells of vessel wall through their common effect on motility, has been characterized by means a histochemical technique vein biopsies obtained human volunteers after infusion compounds. Furthermore, single repeated administration compared order investigate whether pattern variations is similar with three drugs. There was no major difference content veins following marked sustained corresponding activities. A simple explanation intensity duration stimulus may not be sufficient deplete large stores walls. The magnitude, time course plasmatic response infusions whole different peculiar for each drug. derivative which free vasoactive actions more effective than inducing responses, could also elicited two anephric subjects. These findings suggest vasoactivity unlikely provide clue pathway fibrinolysis coagulation compounds, support existence specific receptors.
