摘要: Oxytocin (OXT) and arginine vasopressin (AVP) were the first neuropeptides to be discovered fully characterized. AVP is known for its antidiuretic function, OXT as milk let-down hormone, but these peptides are now have many central nervous system behavioral functions, such regulation of stress, maternal behavior, pair bonding, aggression. There several receptors, designated AVPR1a, AVPR1b, AVPR2, last serving function former two having various functions. one receptor, which responsible ejection reflex aspects behavior.
