摘要: Produced by IUCN’s Eastern Africa Programme, this publication aims to investigate the extent which communities have been provided with economic incentives become involved in sustainable forest management and Southern Africa, how far perverse disincentives encouraging degradation loss overcome. This study concludes that there is an urgent need provide incentives, it highlights a number of policy recommendations.
