摘要: Abstract Published research on municipal climate change plans to date has been strictly cross-sectional: it reveals the status of at particular points in time, but does not examine whether and how are evolving over time keep pace with our understanding change. We build a 2011 study Canadian province British Columbia by examining updated versions those as 2015. find that content did much from 2011-2015 there is room for improvement. Our findings suggest municipalities can possibly strengthen their by: (1) investing resources into creating maintaining detailed inventory factual information regarding local risk vulnerability, (2) fostering political support among elected officials residents developing planning goals implementation mechanisms help achieve goals.
