摘要: Summary The potential application of parasite enzymes to the serodiagnosis and control veterinary helminthiases is reviewed. Consideration given use secreted as antihelminth vaccine components, in search for novel anthelmintic agents serodiagnostic targets. discussion focuses on recent advances definition molecular functional properties helminth this information development anthelmintics well vaccines. Enzymes included are acetylcholinesterases, polyamine carbohydrate metabolism, proteases detoxifying activities such superoxide dismutases glutathione S-transferases.
