摘要: Protein tyrosine kinases (PTKs) play a critical role in the modulation of wide variety cellular events such as cell division, differentiation and metabolism. Regulation PTK activity must be tightly controlled over-stimulation is known to impair normal growth, resulting oncogenic transformation. Since evidence suggests that dynamic oscillatory behaviour occurs metabolic control processes, we investigated patterns total protein content enzyme exhibited by proliferating differentiating human acute promyelocytic cells. Distinct rhythmic were observed both amount extractable activity. Rhythmic characteristics period amplitude significantly modulated following treatment with all-trans retinoic acid, an inducing agent. These results support view processes may important regulating behaviour.
