摘要: Abstract 1. The activities of acid and alkaline phosphatases phosphotyrosine, phosphoserine phosphothreonine were measured in Friend murine erythroleukaemic (MEL) cells. 2. effects treating the cells with dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO), an inducer differentiation, examined. 3. In untreated phosphatase activity was undetectable, though there significant amounts (76±15mU/mg protein) phosphotyrosine (16±0.9mU/mg protein); (9±0.4 7±0.6mU/mg protein, respectively) lower than for phosphatase. 4. Addition 1 or 2% DMSO to culture medium resulted expected cell death within 2 weeks. 5. With 0.5% DMSO, remained viable at least 8 weeks, but while some appeared have smaller nuclei retained their rounded appearance, others became fibroblastic several days adhered vessel. 6. treated which had kept morphology showed no difference as compared controls; (9±0.8mU/mg higher (11±0.5 10±0.4mU/mg controls. 7. K m values p -nitrophenyl phosphate similar (0.069 0.068mM, respectively); value (0.97mM) controls (1.9mM).
