摘要: The differences in surface charge of different bacteria can be exploited for their separation by capillary electrophoresis. However, this method microorganisms is beset with various drawbacks such as adhesion to the fused silica or cluster formation. To overcome these phenomena we investigated addition poly(ethylene oxide) a focusing agent running buffer and used calcium myoinositol hexakisphosphate specific ions that interact bacterial surface, changing its electrical properties electrophoretic mobilities.
