A facile fabrication of multifunctional knit polyester fabric based on chitosan and polyaniline polymer nanocomposite

摘要: Abstract Knit polyester fabric was successively modified and decorated with chitosan layer polyaniline polymer nanocomposite in this paper. The firstly treated to form a stable through the pad-dry-cure process, then established on outer by situ chemical polymerization method using ammonium persulfate as oxidant chlorhydric acid dopant. surface morphology of coated characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), co-existence granular confirmed well dispersed surface. resultant endowed remarkable electrical conductivity properties efficient water-repellent capability, which also have been found after water laundering. In addition, photocatalytic decomposition activity for reactive red dye observed when multifunctional knit exposed illumination ultraviolet lamp. These results indicated that could ideal coatings fabric.
