摘要: Examining the influence of properties measured object on surface digitization is a purpose this article. Properties an are understood by condition – its roughness, curvature and reflectivity, as well material composition object. A roughness was first studied parameter. Tests were performed standards roughness. It checked how profile’s height affects accuracy collected points. Measurements for both reflective scattering surfaces. also examined whether scanning direction, perpendicular or parallel to profile result significantly. The second part study based measurements balls. For researches ceramic balls chosen due their making. In case finding made that allows measurement laser triangulation method crucial purpose. After selection suitable it tested radius digitization. Three parameters taken into account. These were: sphericity, stability determination position centre fixed ball in diameter with respect nominal. All portable measuring arm Metris-Nikon model MCA II fitted MMC80 scanner.
