摘要: A 66-year-old woman presented with a 3-year history of predominantly right-sided blepharospasm and 1-year progressive left-sided hemiparkinsonism manifested by left upper extremity resting tremor bradykinesia. Magnetic resonance imaging the brain revealed large right mesencephalic cyst mass effect. Positron emission tomography bilateral striatal hypometabolism consistent nigrostriatal dopaminergic dysfunction. The association ipsilateral contralateral is very rare, its posterior fossa space-occupying lesion has been reported only once. This second report such an first description adult-onset symptomatology.
