Gene amplification and expression of the neu (c-erbB-2) sequence in human mammary carcinoma.

摘要: Alterations in the structure and expression of neu oncogene were investigated 15 human mammary tumors. In 7 samples (46%), amplification by factor up to 14 was detected, some displaying an additional EcoRI restriction fragment at 3.4 kb. tumor tissue with amplified sequences from which intact RNA available, enhanced noted. Correlation molecular data clinical parameters indicated a correlation grading thus poor prognosis.
