Impact of group dynamics on eservice implementation: A qualitative analysis of Australian public sector organisational change

摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this article is to re‐appraise the significance Lewin's group dynamics theory empirically in context technology related change local government.Design/methodology/approach paper examines qualitatively management processes five city councils selected for study that have developed eservices.
