摘要: The present invention discloses a method for preparing grease rich in saturated and unsaturated fatty acids simultaneously by utilizing ascidian penicillium citrinum Asc2-4. comprises the following steps: inoculating seed culture medium with Asc2-4 shaking culture; fermentation cultured seeds, conducting fermenting under proper dissolved oxygen condition extracting, wherein is composed of carbon source, potatoes, sodium citrate, fine sea salt, nitrogen KH PO , MgSO FeCl . By optimization conditions, prepared, content oleic acid linoleic accounts 25%-27% mass total grease, 46%-54% acids, functional can be produced.
