摘要: The present invention discloses highly oil-producing penicillium citrinum Asc2-4-1 and an application thereof. is preserved in Guangdong Microbial Culture CollectionCenter on March 15, 2019 has a preservation number of GDMCC No:60609. A strain Asc2-4 used as starting strain, micro-organism suspension subjected to ultraviolet lithiumchloride combined mutagenesis, target obtained by primary screening, shake-flask fermentation secondary screening named the Asc2-4-1. can greatly improve oil content product, also good genetic stability, be for prepare biodiesel. produce oil, reaches 58.0% 93.01% higher than that yield 7.10 g/L 84.41% strain.
