摘要: The invention discloses penicillium citrinum and application thereof to production of citrinin, belongs the technical field microorganisms fermentation. One strainof HR-087 is screened out, can produce high-yield citrinin; subjected flask shaking fermentation for 96hours, so that citrinin content liquid up 4.1 g/L; a tank fermented 96 hours, 9.62 g/L.
