摘要: PURPOSE To perform a population-based analysis on the 5-year survival rate and to analyse significance of various prognostic factors for in patients with cervical cancer Bulgaria period 1993-2002. PATIENTS AND METHODS A total 9,457 women were analyzed using data National Cancer Registry. Their mean age was 51.41 years. Survival performed life table method. Analysis affecting by Cox proportional hazards regression model. The statistical processing carried out SPSS program/PC+v.11.01 Windows. RESULTS overall cumulative 47.12%. According age, higher observed younger than 35 Women towns had better those villages. Significant difference between squamous cell carcinoma adenocarcinoma some rare histological types. stage, stages I II decreasing advancing disease stage. Better achieved surgical treatment. In analysis, highest relative risk associated advanced clinical symptomatic therapy only, types, over 65 years, village residents. CONCLUSION these results, is among countries low survival. at population level depends several factors. most important them could be attributed absence organized screening.
